James R. Henson III

James R. Henson III, MBA is a highly experienced insurance professional with over 28 years of industry expertise. As the Founder and Agency Principal of The Henson Agency, James is committed to serving the insurance needs of Northeast Tennessee and the entire Volunteer State with honesty and integrity.

James earned his B.S. degree from Mercer University and an MBA from The University of Tennessee. In addition, he served in the Army Reserve for fourteen years before transferring to the Tennessee Air National Guard, where he currently serves as a Fuel Systems Mechanic on KC-135s.

With a strong dedication to his clients and a passion for delivering the highest quality of service, James leads The Henson Agency with a focus on providing tailored insurance policies that best suit the needs of his clients.
