Our agency was founded by James Henson, who launched his insurance career in 1994 and has since worked for reputable companies such as GuideOne Insurance, MassMutual, and LexisNexis. In early 2023, he partnered with AAA to establish The Henson Agency, the first AAA Insurance Agency in Bristol, TN.
